Air & Gas Filter Test
1. HEPA filter test For nuclear power
HEPA Filter, a core component of the air cleaning system, must confirm its performance through verification tests and ensure its quality through product testing.
As a High-Efficiency Particulate Air filter, it must exhibit an efficiency of at least 99.97% when tested with a consumable expanded filter media, dry filter, and monodisperse generation 0.3 μm test aerosol particles in a hard case that accommodates the entire filter media.
HEPA filter qualification test for nulcear grade by ASME AG-1
New or revised filter designs shall require qualification testing prior to acceptance and production. Filter designs shall be requalified at least 5 yr. Tests shall be performed and certified by an independent test facility
HEPA filter production test for nuclear grade by ASME AG-1
Each HEPA filters whose performance has been qualification tests shall be tested before being delivered to nuclear power facilities. Tests shall be performed and certified by an independent test facility
